Co-operation in Room 12

We read a story about co-operation and discussed what it looks like, sounds like and feels like. Then we got an opportunity to practise our co-operation skills in small groups by drawing a dinosaur together. At the end most of us felt like we did a good job with co-operation.

A special visit

Today is Autism Awareness Day. We had Michelle come in to read a book called 'My Cat Has Aspergers' and talk to us about how it might feel to have autism. We talked about how we are all different and ways to look out for each other.
