Here was our maths problem. We did a lot of talking and thinking together. We used materials to solve it.
First, we moved 2 blocks from the first pile into the third pile. Now they both have 4 blocks each.
Then we moved 1 block to the second pile. Now they all have 4 blocks.
Wow! Clever class!
